Easy Tomato Snack with The Gourmet Specialists

Ingredients:

Cherry Tomatoes, halved
Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
Fresh Sourdough rolls, halved
The Gourmet Specialists Fig (it is also incredible with Classic or Pear)

Method:

Place mozzarella and then cherry tomatoes on top of the sourdough.
Drizzle some of The Gourmet Specialists over the top and enjoy!
